Key Responsibilities:
o Assist account managers with running their clients paid search campaigns.
o Manage and run PPC campaigns on a variety of search engines/provide client deliverable as per services contract.
o Understand and work towards client KPIs and responsible for highlighting issues with achieving these to the lead Account Manager, Team Leader or Client Services Lead.
o Independently manage and lead high value client campaigns, setting a high standard of service.
o Complete timesheets, client management system and other admin duties as required.
o Participate in team training, meetings and events.
o Provide cover for other accounts in the department in cases of planned or unplanned absence of colleagues..
o Comply with company office hours and project deadlines
o Identify opportunities for up-and cross-sells for the client portfolio and highlight these with the Client Services Lead on a specific client account.
o Participate in client presentations and review meetings.
o Responsible for upholding PPC best practices at all times.
o Keep up to date with industry developments and responsible for sharing news and information with the rest of the team, as well as with clients.
o Identify opportunities for integrating industry innovations into client campaigns and provide data and evidence for award submissions.
o Understand and effectively convey search knowledge, tools and techniques to clients and other members of staff
o Demonstrate proactive account management and value add to accounts, driving client satisfaction

I and the Taiwanese tour guide assisted a private tourism company in Egypt. We started to advertise about our trip routes and in less than 3 months, we got our first guest.
Usually we dealt with big companies in Taiwan aiming their members according to the wide relations my tour leader has back in Taiwan.
