Key Responsibilities:
• Defined project objectives including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements and assigning field-specialists.
• Managed the whole gamut of dry and wet utility services right from designing infrastructure to implementation as per project schedules/budget lines.
• Administered sectional processes and evaluations / plans to guarantee standard running conditions of all utilities of the plant.
• Reviewed project and technical drawings pertaining to storm water, sewerage networks, irrigation network and water distribution networks including design calculations, specifications as well as offering assistance in estimation of project costs and bills of quantities.

• Provided technical support to subordinates for analyzing engineering designs and drawings, construction and structural issues, errors, omissions and executing requisite measures for resolving the same.
• Liaised with the utility service authorities and QA / QC Manager to ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures.
• Monitored / devised strategies for reducing suspended solid carry over through secondary clarifier, sewage effluent treatment and water reclamation for irrigation purposes.
• Conducted regular site visits to ensure execution of projects as per set schedules/plans, organized meetings, formulated project correspondence/reports and submitted the same to upper management for further analysis.

• Applied appropriate technologies and devised methodologies to design, develop and simulate state-of-the-art designs for projects under my scope.
• Conceptualized and designed the project work for sewerage and storm water networks, reviewed and finalized designs as well as conducted value engineering exercise.
• Assured procedural adherence, catered to any unexpected technical difficulties, identifying bottlenecks and recommending alterations if required to circumvent bottlenecks.
• Managed high end project management concepts like critical path management, material and human resource management to plan and efficiently organized the site facilities to meet deadlines.
• Evaluated / approved design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinated activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
• Maintained highest standard of quality on deliverables as per envisaged implementation methodology and ensured that escalation procedures are followed.
• Implemented a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability and operation rate, optimize manpower and machinery usage, reduce operation losses and achieve standard/acceptable production rates.
• Acted as a member of engineering and technical group, evaluated sewage treatment network design proposals and recommended appropriate measures for the same.
• Employed AutoCAD programming techniques for designing networks, thus lowering the project costs and shortening design cycle.
