- developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
- persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
- negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
- calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
- providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services; analyzing costs and sales; preparing reports for head office;
- meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
- supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events; Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs; liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts; Helping in the design of custom-made products.
- Providing training and support for other members of the sales team.
Responsibilities include:
- Started and successfully managed the company’s Branch in Al Ain (UAE) for five years; took sales from zero to over AED3.5million. Developed Al Ain market (territory) to increase sales of Home Automation Business Unit for Al Mazroui ICAS.
- Conduct research on market conditions and consumer demands in local, Al Ain regional markets to set sales and pricing levels of goods.
- Establish and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans for both company and buyers.
- Develop market at the local levels for a wide variety of product lines, including Home Automation technologies, Access Control System, tems, Security Solutions etc for the ethnic market through networking.
- Present global marketing opportunities to companies by finding buyers for their products
- Design EIB/KNX home automation, CCTV, Public address, sound, and Intercom & SMATV systems.
- Preparing technical proposals, submittals and meetings with owners, consultants and contractors, follow up payments as per site progress.
- Develop technical solutions to match market requirements.
- Built business relationship with owners, consultants and contractors.
- Maintained 4 points out of 5 for performance Management System (PMS) throughout the Year 2010 - 2013.
- Achieved the Sales Targets set for Every year

I am a Certified KNX Engineer under the License No: 44830(For further info, www.knx.org), I possess a solid technical background, Sound judgment and good business sense, team working ability, the ability to build relationships with clients quickly and Analytical and problem-solving skills, Resilience and tenacity & Independence. My hold over both the Arabic & English language skills have proved very beneficial in the current field, along with a valid UAE driving license.
