Job description:
a. To revamp existing commercial editions and improve the quality both editorially (working with a regional and global network of creative freelancers) and commercially (such as ZAK’s editions Arouss (bridal), Al Aniqa (fashion), Sa’aat wa Mujawharat (watch and jewellery).
b. To research the market and come up with new ideas for potential new commercial editions (example: The branded broadsheet supplements in Ittihad- Branded catalogues and brochures for different clients).
c. To establish a strong network of contacts with the active brands and retailers in the market working closely with our sales and marketing departments.
Group Editor for all the group's Arabic lifestyle titles.
Also produced several commercial supplements for the magazine.
Senior producer and script writer for the daily DSF 2000 morning show (Maraheb 2000)
Producer and script writer for Shabab.com 2000
Translation of press releases(Fashion- Health- Nutrition- IT such as 3com..etc
Translation, reporting, coverage of major events. Editor of special commercial supplements.
and sub editor for non political features.
