- Involved in all aspects of FEED for a new phosphate beneficiation plant incorporating various unit operations (i.e. scrubbing, screening, classification, attritioning, flotation and filtration).
- Specific responsibilities included development and review of mass balance, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and equipment data sheets.
- Developed material balance to determine steady-state material flow rates and properly size processing equipment.
- Involved in the commissionning phase at the new phosphate washplant
- Involved in the guarantee performance tests for the adaptation of the phosphate washplants and the feeders of the head station of the slurry pipeline

* Modeling of different adaptation unit processes.
* Design of the user interface in order to monitor and control the parameters related to the model.

-Mission:
* Simulation and hydraulic analysis of water network using EPANET 2.0 software.
* Modeling the quality of the water network supply to the phosphate site.
* Coupling EPANET software functions with other instrumentation software to achieve real-time simulation.
* Achievement tests and possible scenarios for this network.
Internship achieved at drying service in « Beni-Idir » complex -Khouribga
- Starting and stopping the drying ovens.
