In its goal of digital transformation, the Company as created in 2016 a Digital Factory in its Information System Division. I was recruited as a Digital Manager after its creation, to manage cross-functional projects and implement digital solutions for the company, for its internal customers (employees and business units), and for external clients, both Business and Individuals. The projects are developed by Agile development teams, with the agile Scrum method, in which teams I play the role of Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
In the Digital Office department, which is responsible for the strategy and management of the
company's digital transformation roadmap.
• Support of technical teams to produce digital products with the agile software development
approach
• Coach agile teams to be self-organized, autonomous, to manage complexity and project risks,
and to continuously improve their interactions, process, methods and tools.
• Coaching of counterpart departments in the implementation of the transformation plan, in the
adoption of digital culture, tools, methods and organization for operational efficiency.
• Community builder of the Digital Ambassadors, relays who participate in the diffusion of
transformation activities within the company
• Identification, diagnosis and reinvention of operating processes, in order to optimize them,
reduce wastes, and make them more agile
• Support the Group's subsidiaries as well as other external structures in the development of
their transformation strategy: Orange Sierra Leone in 2018, Orange Guinnée Bissau in 2019,
State IT Agency ADIE in 2020.
● Freelance Agile Coach for a 3-month agile transformation mission for Label'Vie
● Assessment of current state of the organization (Gemba walk, self-assessment) and
recommendations
● Definition of a transformation backlog and roadmap in co-construction with the agile teams of
Label’Vie Digital Factory
● Definition of the agile operating model (v1) adapted to their context, challenges and goals,
including governance and the organization of the PMO unit.
● Workshop to identify the highest priority value stream to experiment with the new operating
model.
● Set up a developer community of practice to foster cross-functional communication,
standardization and knowledge sharing.
● Set up an agile center to support the overall transformation.
● Agile Coach in the Agile Center of Excellence of Société Générale Maroc
● Review and update of their homemade scaled agile model (based on SAFe and Spotify)
● Implementation of the Target Operating Model, the Agile reference framework for scaling purpose across the company
● Definition of an agile transformation model leading to the bank’s 2025 strategic transformation plan
● Agile transformation of Business Unit into Tribes (value streams) composed of many agile teams (squads)
● Training of the staff and management on agility (fundamentals and advanced training)
● Agile Coaching of squad and tribe members to help them delivery value frequently to the
customers
● Acting as Mission freelancer on behalf of Showcare
● Squad Lead of two squads : Integration and Gateway squad, composed 7 people (designers,
tech lead, developers), acting as a Scrum Master and Product Owner for both teams
● Responsible of Virtual Event Platform product development, according to client strategy,
needs and expectation
● Product Roadmap, Release planning, and features development by the squad
● Coordination with other Squad Lead to build an integrated product after each one week sprint
● Working with the CTO and COO to define clear vision and understanding of requirements
● Coaching and helping the team to use agile product development principles in order to be
flexible, adaptative, and continuously improving our way of work and deliver value to the
client
● Helping the client scale agile to align teams and manage dependencies.
Développement of Android and iOS mobile apps; Deployment and publications of these applications in the respective stores (Play Store and App Store).
Responsible for the Mobile Development Team since 2014 in the Innovation Department, with a team of 3 to 4 developers. As a scrum developer team, we have released many applications, always available in the stores (see links below), among them :
- Orange Money : a mobile app for Orange Mobile Money services.

M-HEALTH is a set of biomedical data collection applications for the surveillance of epidemiological diseases monitored by the WHO (World Health Organization) in Senegal. This system facilitates the transfer and processing of information collected in remote rural areas of the capital. It allows health workers to detect epidemics more quickly and to contain them by taking the necessary measures before their expansions in the other regions of the country. In addition, a training platform, in the form of Quizzes and Voice Newsletter, is included to regularly update the knowledge base of laboratory technicians.
M-HEALTH is a part of a global european project named VOICES.
As a Web PHP application Developer, I have developed many applications using mainly Symfony PHP Framework and other Web tools and technologies (HTML/CSS, JS/JQuery, Ajax, etc. ).
Among those applications : Suppliers evaluation app, Resources management app, Fraude and Revenue insurance management app
I got my Software Engineer Degree at this IT and Telecom School. It was a 2-years education, followed by a 6-months traineeship and a student Memory Defense in front of a Jury of IT trainers and professionals in order to get the dimploma afterwards School Web Site : http://www.esmt.sn/
I obtained my High School Diploma in Sciences, with Honors, First of my Jury in the national Exam in 2007.
