•Respond to contractor claims, perform forensic schedule analysis, assign cause & effect or effect & cause, prepare impact analysis, assess compensability, and prepare recommendation report.
•Respond to and quantify delay event notifications.

Programme : Flood Protection Scheme The Flood Protection Scheme was undertaken by Ashghal to reduce or eliminate storm water flooding affecting Doha. The fast-track projects in this programme addressed individual "hotspots" in various locations in Doha by collecting and managing surface water run-off. CDM Smith was appointed as the programme manager. Client : Ashghal
•Develop and establish project control reporting.
•Maintain a correspondence register required to review Claims.
•Review contractor schedules.
•Analyze delays, propose recovery measures.
•Validate and verify contractor progress data.
•Present progress status update in review meetings
Project 1 : GAK Hawk Base Design-Build Project, Iraq Project value : 14 million USD Design and renovate a commercial power distribution system, water distribution system, renovation of buildings for Iraq Air Force in Hawk base. Utilities improvement in new Muthana Air Base. Client : US Army Corps of Engineers
•Prepare Baseline schedule as per "Network Analysis Schedule" requirements by US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)
•Time Impact analysis for changes in contract, variance request, and claim
