Handle all installing, commissioning, trouble shooting, repair and reconditioning of RO Systems and attending to client Service Maintenance Contracts. Organize scheduled site visits. Organize site visits including resources such as tools, spares, consumables and manpower to complete the site tasks .Investigate and diagnose faults with plant and equipment. Report the fault in writing. Determine and communicate to the client, the fault diagnosis and remedial repair work necessary. Estimate and communicate repair time. Installation and Commissioning Install, troubleshoot and commissioning of water maker system at sites (including on vessels). Ensure compliance to clients HSE policies and requirements. General will be called on to supervise and lead a team of service technicians including planning, organizing and allotting work. Assist with commissioning and troubleshooting both locally and overseas.
Leading a team of 47 personnel, reporting to the Project Manager and involved in plant Operation & Maintenance, providing technical assistance and achieving client satisfaction.
