Looking through the stuck orders due to some issues with the PLC’s and amending those if required.
Explaining the issues to the engineering team and the clients as well.
Instructing the engineering team about the amended order and extra requirements if any.
Instructing the excavation team for changing the copper to fiber if possible and if required.
Explaining and instructing and taking feedback from different teams to maintain the fluidity of the orders and following the TAT as required by the clients.
Explain the clients about the requirements from the engineering team for excavation or double pole or switches required in ISDN technology and the permissions required from their end and providing the same to the engineering team via uploading the docs to the engineering portal and various other tasks for Broad-bands, PSTN and ISDN lines .
Creating orders via command line format as per the request received, follow up orders as per the procedures employed by PLC’s.
Follow up with different teams involved to complete an order.
Providing information to the team as well as the clients.
Rescheduling the dates for the order processing as required by the clients and as per the requirements for the line engineering teams.
Troubleshooting LAN and network issues for clients via tools involved, re-arranging the orders if required for a change in data speeds .
Arranging data from the portals to circulate it through LAN.
Collecting synthesized data from the team and re-arranging the data as per the requirements of clients.
Conversing with the candidates and the clients in order to re-phrase optimum skill set as required for the job.
Distribution of data among the team for synthesis.
There are 48 subjects I studied in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. My favorite subjects are : Control System Engineering, Network Analysis and Synthesis, Mathematics 1 , 2 and 3, Linear Integrated circuits, Semiconductors Devices, Electrical Technology, Signals and Systems, Digital Electronics, Power Electronics, Microprocessors etc . I did 2 projects alone: 1) Remote Power Supply Management (Home Automation) I used a DTMF (dual tone multi frequency) decoder MT 8870 and embedded it with the micro-controller (programmed on C++) used the relay and connected the circuit to a power supply (switched on) and also a RJ11 receiver (40 v) to receive the signal for MT8870 which decoded the DTMF via call and triggered the control signals of the Microcontroller (ATMEL, ATmega16-16PU) and the specific load relay switched ON. This was initiated due to my interest in Linear Integrated circuits. 2) Remote controlled Vehicle (without the video feed) Back in that time, video features on the phones were not available. Earlier I used a DTMF decoder but that decoder does not run on minimal supply of a cellular phone (lesser than 40 volts), so this time I programmed the controller for vehicle control as well as DTMF decoding which was quite fast as no external decoder was used and the DTMF inputs were clubbed with the O/P of the controller. This was initiated due to my interest in Microprocessors and Microcontrollers and programming.
