* Preparation of Purchase Orders and Sub-Contract Agreements for Various products
and services.
* Carrying out commercial evaluation of materials, equipments needed for the Project.
* Plannning, managing and coordination of all procurement for KOC Contract:
16052697, Replacement of Non-Nace/HIC affected Separators at South & East (5
nos of GC’s)
* Verification of Bill of materials and material take off as per project specification
and drawings requirements.
* Ensure that the project is completed within a specified time and determine the best
economic source of materials & its availability for the construction works.
* Ensure sufficient availability of material for project works.
* Coordination with Vendor/Manufacturer, Sub-contractor for smooth flow of
bid/offer and document submissions, Material shipment with complete follow up.
* Coordination with site and site engineers for smooth flow of construction works.
* Study & evaluation of Tender documents and determining the scope of work.
* Study & evaluation of P&ID, Data sheets, Layout of Project requirements.
* Study & evaluation of variations & adjustment in projects.
* Preparation of Bill of Materials-Piping and Fittings materials, Valves, Fabrication &
Site general requirements.
* Techno-commercial Evaluation of Mechanical Items- Piping and Fittings materials,
Valves, Fabrication etc.
* Coordination with Vendor/Manufacturer, Sub-contractor for bid/offer submission.
* Evaluation of Technical documents and coordination with Engineering Consultant
as per project specific requirements.
* Coordination with project and vendor/manufacturer for submission of correct
engineering documents to minimize the approval timing.
