Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain the Quality System in accordance with Food Safety Management System.
Daily Production Management.
Day to day allocation of work and coordination to QC, Stores (Raw, Packing material & Machine operations.)
Monitoring production as per buyer’s specification.
Determining causes of non-conforming products at different stages during production.
Ensuring that CCPs are monitored, and deciding corrective actions when CCPs limits are deviated.
Authorized to stop production line.
Coordinating co-managers in evaluation and selection of new vendors as appropriate.
Authorized to decide disposal or reprocessing action for in process or the finished products when CCP has been violated.
Be responsible to analyze and attend to customer complaint for this redressed in consultation with Manager QA / GM-Operations.
Ensuring implementation of the Calibration Schedule, Maintenance Schedule, Cleaning & Hygiene Schedules and coordination with externals parties for the same, including calibration certificates, external lab test results, etc.
Overall responsible for ensuring that CIP happens on time and effectively.
Participation (as applicable) in maintaining sanitation and hygiene standards as per the company’s approved Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
Carrying out relevant applicable activities as per the documented FSMS.
Ensure that the relevant corrective action is implemented to eliminate nonconformities.
Generation of reports containing yield loss, material loss and rework to be done whenever nonconforming product produced due to deviations and abnormalities.
Ensure safety and proper housekeeping in the plant.
Verification and assuring the reports accuracy generated by subordinates.
Helping subordinates in troubleshooting.
Implementation of all in process QA, QC checks.
Ensuring the daily and weekly production targets were met as per schedules.
Checking of the shift report, downtime reports and ensuring their accuracy.
Preparation of Material Balance Statements, Yield Statements whenever applicable.
Making softcopy entries and Data updating in shifts.

It is an export oriented food processing company. It manufactures tropical fruit pulp / purees and concentrates, bulk frozen, IQF fruits and vegetables and fruits juices as per costumer requirement.

Exporter of frozen foods vegetables like Mango, Pineapple, Guava, Papaya, Pomegranate Bananas etc. We also process vegetables Gherkins, Peppers, Baby corn, Beans, Potatoes and green peas in frozen forms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drawing up Production schedule, manpower schedule according to the manufacturing plan set by the production manager / assistant production manager and working up the resources thats required.
To implement daily production planning and distribute manpower efficiently with specific work instructions for their assigned jobs.
Monitors daily production performance and makes sure that all lines are operating to the set standard on productivity, efficiency and utilization as planned with full compliance to the standard quality of the product.
Monitors daily production yields and works on minimizing rejects and controlling scraps within allowable tolerances. Check / control and investigates sources of ingredient and packaging material variances.
Produces on daily base the End-of-Shift production report accurately filled out, mentioning all out of line situations such as down time occurred, reasons, and corrective actions taken.
Informs production manager / assistant production manager without any delay on any stoppages or breakdown that might occur.
Informs production manager / assistant production manager of any foreseen or potential problems and suggest solutions to prevent any interruption in the planned schedule of production.
Conducting Training classes for food handlers as a part of Food Safety Management System. Be authorized to advice on Disposal or Reprocessing of In-Process material or Finished Products when Critical Control Points has been violated beyond approved Critical Control Limits or Monitoring data are inadequate.
Maintain personnel discipline and impose disciplinary measures as maybe required according to company rules and regulations.
Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S.
Direct following shift concerned operations.
On-Line Quality checking of the Product like Maintaining -180C of the product,
Daily Quality Index for the finished product To Produce FOOD products of Natural Quality in a
SAFE and by Maintaining Hygiene in Process, by implementing GHP and GMP.
Responsible for Determining Quality of Raw Material.
Determining the Quality of Packaging material like GSM.
Active Participation in Preparation of documents and assessing the risk as a team member for HACCP implementation at site.
Monitor and maintain all parameters as per SOPs and ensure compliance with GMP and safety norms
Any Other Jobs/Assignment given by the Management
