Working at Aldar as a Salesforce Program running multiple projects in a Business facing role. Managing multiple Salesforce teams working on different engagements managing over 40 resources directly.
• Introducing & Coaching Agile throughout the organization helping projects to be run in Agile using Scrum Methodology and JIRA which was previously non-existent.
• Engaging with multiple vendors to select the suitable one for different streams of work in multiple projects. Also reviewing and working on RFPs with higher management for upcoming work/projects.
• Setting up IT Governance through JIRA and other project management tools (Microsoft Project) for the whole organization including resource productivity reporting.
Working as a Salesforce Project manager handling multiple projects dealing with the different offerings DIFC provides to their customers via Custom Salesforce solutions
• Responsible for multiple teams consisting of Developers and Testers to complete multiple projects going on at the same time.
• Creating & managing all the project documents starting from BRD, Project Charter, Project status to present the progress to higher leadership in DIFC. Regular interactions with Key stakeholders to refine the requirements, clear open points to confirm the BRD so that development and subsequent testing can be performed.
• Handling Salesforce projects from Initiation phase to closure ensuring timely project delivery with quality adhering to the timelines laid out for each project phase
• Provide as a POC for clients and business post deployment for any issues or queries for smooth usage of delivered functionality.
• Managed 20+ member teams of developers and testers to get multiple service requests live and accessible to the customers. Also performed Cross-functional project management as I liaised with multiple teams like SAP from IT and Legal, BD, Company services teams from Business side.

- Worked as a Salesforce Scrum Master & Business Analyst for a Global Pharma Client with hands-on
knowledge in Veeva Vault QMS helping the client to deliver the complete lifecycle quality management
system to perform the business quality process that supports GxP operations
- Worked in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines
milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks. Also worked on the Risk Management
modules like QRM which involves Risk Assessment, Risk Registers and other risk events.
- Designed and manage the project backlog, roadmap and Agile solutions & Lead teams to complete projects
with a 100% deadline completion rate
- Raised defects in HP ALM for all the modules of Veeva Vault based on the URS document shared by the
Business with special focus on the child modules as well like Impact Assessment, Effectiveness Checks & all
other Quality event modules.
- Involved in setting up of all users like Approvers, Functional Area Approvers, Initiators and Owner users so
that we are able to test the scenarios with the maximum & minimum number of approvers
- Currently, working as Scrum Master & Product owner along with being the face to the client with daily calls
and representing whole team of 30+ members using Azure DevOps. Also involved in Sprint Planning, Backlog
Grooming and Client Demo sessions on a regular basis with hands-on knowledge of Veeva CRM Events
Management module.

- Managing all the Test Phases of the project working in Veeva Events Management module including
Regression phases working with clients to plan all the phases for current & future releases through the
project plan. Also involved in Risk management through the RAID log maintained on a daily basis.
- Prioritized and maintained the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of

Most recently, worked as a Salesforce Scrum Master in Salesforce working in Field Service Lightning (FSL), Sales
Cloud, Service Cloud. Working in multiple Salesforce engagements in Energy/Resources verticals helping them
deliver successful releases for 5 years.
· Main POC & Functional Lead for Field Service Lightning (FSL) in multiple projects with ability to own FSL stream
from Sprint 0 to Go-Live along with integration with other Salesforce clouds like Service, CPQ with extensive
knowledge on all Salesforce functionalities & ability work with WorkBench as well.
· Agile project management done by JIRA & Zephyr and worked on Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Field
Service Lightning (FSL) helping the delivery of multiple Major releases with Zero UAT defects
· Partnered with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy,
features, and prioritization
· Facilitated Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo and Sprint Retrospective meetings. Track & remove
internal and external impediments for the Scrum Team & Facilitate the Grooming sessions with Product Owners,
to build Product Backlog.
· Worked with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for
customers. Defined and executed go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and
sales have what they need to be successful.
· For all the Agile projects I worked on as Scrum Master, I helped the team continuously make progress on the
project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team
members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
· Also helped in Review of the testing results for the team according to the functional requirements & ensuring a
smooth defect management process. Suggested many points of improvements often regarding splitting up of user
stories or adjusting the spring backlog to ensure deliveries within the stringent deadlines.
· Translated product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories,
and acceptance test criteria. Also prioritized and maintained the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing
the requirements of stakeholders.
· Worked in Performance testing & UAT roles while in UK (Glasgow, Newcastle) in a client-facing role for UK's
largest policing service. Presented testing reports & demos of various modules to Clients which was always well
received and appreciated by the client after a thorough Q&A session
· In the Onshore role, I Simulated various kinds of scenarios and including all kinds of possibilities (ramp up/down,
rendezvous points and stress/soak/endurance testing) to find out the capacity and capability of the system.
· For GSK client, I was the only member of the project working on Performance testing and helping
· profile the capacity of the system, SAS reports by investigating & testing, discovering bottlenecks that made the
client understand the threshold of the users that can access the SAS portal dashboards and reports.

· Many of my performance improvement suggestions by some design changes were implemented by GSK Dev team
and appreciated by the client which modified the contact as well by new performance testing SLA’s
· Worked with Accenture Digital clients like Nokia on their chat bots on functional, performance testing & also
training the chat bots by creating Entity, Intents though NLP platforms like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex,
Microsoft Azure
· For Metrolinx Canada client, I lead multiple modules being part of Test Planning, Test Management, Test
Execution and Defect Management using the tool - Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) while working in an Agile
model for the first time in my career.
· Helped managers and senior managers with project management activities like capacity planning, forecasting,
candidate evaluations, maintaining project efforts through Accenture’s powerful MyWizard tool
· Mentored junior resources in Salesforce, Testing and Agile practices within my organization and helped build a
capability of resources to call upon during urgent project requirements
