• • Leading Rise with SAP S / 4 HANA Digital Transformation across ARASCO Group for Feed, Food, Agriculture and Logistic Business across Middle East, Africa and Europe Region.
• In my most recent role, as the Group Digital Transformation Head, I am responsible for driving business transformation and optimizing technology, security, organization, and processes at ARASCO Group SAUDI ARABIA. I have successfully implemented an Information Technology & Security - Strategic Roadmap spanning from 2024 to 2028, establishing technology as a strategic asset and differentiator, and transforming IT from a "utility provider to a revenue enabler".
My ability to drive business transformation, optimize technology, and enhance cybersecurity posture has been instrumental in driving ARASCO ‘s Group's success, elevating it to the next level of growth.

• As SAP COE Lead, Partnered with Global system Integrator for finalizing Rise License as well as implementation strategy for this 18.7 M USD transformation.
• Defined Value baselining and set of KPIs for Stock management and planning including labeling requirements, track & trace functionality, and serialization along with Quality control and complaint manufacturing.
• Designed SAP Transformation Route map tailored to the unique needs of supply-chain management.
