Acting as Head of Web Applications, I manage all internal web and portal applications of Qatar Museums. My key responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet their business needs. This requires me to prepare a roadmap for the web portfolio, present plans, and status to both management and technical audience.
