Preparing daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports / dashboards for Top Management review, communication list, calendar of events for management, compiling list of total employees along with their roles and responsibilities, attrition data, leave records and reviewing attendance of HoDs in accordance with Human Resource (HR) department and co-ordinate with Training & Development (T&D) department for training employees in respect to their work profile.
Assist Finance & Account (F&A) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) department in collating details of vendors list, accounts payable/receivable, maintaining cash control and approving procurement process in company internal system.
Attend and participate in weekly/fortnightly/monthly meetings as assigned/or on behalf of COO-P.
Delegate responsibilities or work with employees to meet company’s expectations and target & also serve as liaison with all department managers/HoDs to ensure a manageable flow of work and communications.
