Roles and Responsibilities :

Worked as a System Administrator.

• Responsible for assigning roles with the help of active directory for all the agents who are engaged in processing application's of our client's.
• Responsible to assign roles for active customer's who are located in different geographic regions to track progress of their application on a regular basis.
• Part of work was actively engaged in disabling the scrubbing off the ID's of those user's who are leaving the organization to avoid loss or misuse of our client data
• Apart from Assigning roles we are also engaged in the process of production support by assisting our onshore and offshore agent's in fixing system related issue's with the help of remote server.
• Responsible for trouble shooting the realtime issue's by engaging other IT partner's and database teams over escalation call's for root cause drill down.
• Performing realtime health check for our applications in both production and test environment's
• Responsible to administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
• Actively engaged in business call's with development for upcoming enhancement's
• Updated management on weekly and monthly availability reports.

At Cognizant Technologies worked as Senior Process Executive for the client: (U-verse Care Service Delivery Centre - Order Management & Activation) AT&T. Its main objective is to manufacture and provide services from revolutionary smartphones to next-generation TV services and sophisticated solutions for multi-national businesses.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managed all Application-Server related activities such as deployments, monitoring and tuning in the Development, QA and Production Environments.
• Responded to Ticketing tool requests Incident Request, Change Control Requests, and Problem Requests according to the priority.
• Configuring clustering, security and JMS resources, troubleshooting and performance tuning of Production servers
• Worked in configuring WebLogic servers in a Cluster solution for High Availability, Load balancing and fail over support, Expert knowledge on distributed systems and the supported of highly distributed deployment J2EE servers
• Deployed J2EE Web and EJB modules using WebLogic Command Line Deploy tool and WebLogic Admin Console
• Deployed Applications (WAR, JAR, and EAR) in Domain and Clustered environment
• Creation of Connection Pools in Weblogic Server, handling deployments an application in Server.
• Worked closely with development and testing teams to implement fixes in Testing and Production environments
• Developed and maintain administrative guides for various applications to help support, train and troubleshoot issue. Involved in gather and reviewing requirements for new projects
• JDBC Connection Pool configuration with Oracle 11g.
• Analysed Log Files, Thread Dumps, JVM Dumps, Exception Stack Traces
• Took Thread Dumps for any issues in WebLogic, and used to analyse the thread dumps and used to communicate with developers to solve the issues
• Responsible for Troubleshooting, Performance Tuning and deploying applications in production environment and applying the Weblogic patches.
• Performed File system and Application backups. Responsible for the maintenance of the application, troubleshooting applications problems on client and server side
