• Prepare and Update Production Schedule and Purchase needs
• Ensure seamless supply chain activities in terms of procurement and logistical requirements.
• Receive and analyze supplier quotations to match the requirements.
• Negotiate and Finalize Long term Price agreements
• Maintain WIP and Master Data records for spares and consumables as per Production schedule.
• Plan and order for spares and consumables to meet production demand
• Follow up and expedite materials deliveries in line with project requirements.
• Liaise with finance and accounts for invoice reconciliation and payment follow ups.
• Coordinate with various departments for the timely execution of the orders
• Extract data and prepare reports for periodical review

• Plan and Strategize procurement of Construction materials
• Identify and capitalize cost improvement/optimization opportunities.
• Sourcing of Machinery, spares, and services for Construction Equipment.
• Administration and execution of Contractual requirements.
• Review of contractual terms in line with cost optimization efforts and negotiate with vendors.
• Continuous monitoring for contracts and identifying improvement areas.
• Pre-qualify, develop, evaluate, suppliers & service providers
• Conduct regular supplier audit as per classification and update
• Optimized Site support and procedural validations

• Arrangement of Raw materials for the Concrete Readymix Plant
• Regular monitoring of Raw materials prices and record trends for MIS.
• Sourcing of spares and services for plant machinery and equipment.
• Negotiate and execute rental agreements for machinery and vehicles.
• Ensure contractors & vendors to operate seamlessly with plant operations.
• Review & monitor contractual terms and carry out of needful amendments.
• Reiterate regular material arrangements for uninterrupted plant operations.
• Vendor qualification, enrollment and product sampling as required.
• Close monitoring of payment priorities in line with the allocated funds
• Make sure to close out bill discrepancies and supply issues

• Receive GT parts for repair and queue it for production issue
• Preparation of production orders and planning
• Liaise with production for timely completion of repair
• Preparation of Cost forecast & Quotations.
• Order processing, Follow ups & Order management.
• Preparation of shipping documents for outward shipping.
• Arranging site services for Gas Turbine & Generator service
• Secure vendors and slots for chemical striping and Heat treatment as per production requirement.

• Purchasing of Electrical panel components as per stipulated requisition

• Promotion of Pharmaceutical products to medical professionals
• Conduct market surveys on product availability & movement
