Study on the Efficiency of Fund Management at Kerala Small Industries Development Corporation (SIDCO) Ltd, 2013 was conducted at Kerala SIDCO, a public sector undertaking of the Government of Kerala that has four decades of servicing to its credit as a promotional agency for small scale industries. The main objectives of the study were to learn how funds are managed in the real world scenario, and mobilization and utilization of funds with a strategic intend. For this, analysis of the firm’s financial position was done and a report was submitted to Kerala SIDCO with suggestions and recommendations.

This study was done as part of acadamics at the leading dairy enterprise of Kerala, ‘Milma’ Trivandrum, to understand its business process focusing on Human Resources (HR) processes and systems. The main aim of this study was to understand the HR process holistically, with a special focus on manpower utilization, finance and administration.
