--Assisting the Brand Manager and Sales Manager in all the aspects of Brand Management including sales reports, price lists, inventory, event managements and any other Brand related activities.
--Took active part in planning and placing purchase orders for stocks with the supplier for all product categories including Eyewear, Footwear, Apparel and Accessories for distribution and retail channel.
--Actively Coordinating with Finance, Logistics and Operations in order to ensure on time shipping and deliveries of stocks from supplier for all new and back orders.
--Affectively coordinating the Ordering and delivery of stocks for all product categories for Retail Division.
--Managing and coordinating the forecasting/ordering process of non sale inventory e.g. POP, POS and other brand related promotional stocks.
--Proactively communicating with the supplier on operational level and ensured the consistent and smooth flow of information to all internal concerned departments/personnel from the supplier and vice versa.
--Working closely with team members in other departments e.g. Finance, Marketing, IT, Logistics and Operations for relevant brand related matters in order to ensure smooth execution of day to day brand operations.
--Actively working with suppliers and coordinators to get all customers’ special orders, for Distribution and Retail Divisions to ensure in-time deliveries.
--Looking after the Warranty Department activities in coordination with the Brand Manager in order to resolve conflicts in order to ensure proper running of warranty operations.
--Working on any special tasks related to brand management with regards to finance, marketing, operations assigned by the management.
--Coordinating with the dealers for routine sales orders, special orders and urgent deliveries.
--Working with Brand Merchandising Manager to select new season stocks.
--Liaise with stores on a daily basis to exploit sales opportunities.
--Monitor stock availability on a daily basis & initiate transfers the same day to drive sales.
--Consolidate broken ranges into selected stores & initiate store to store transfers
--Alert stores as necessary to return stock to warehouse
--Ensure stores have adequate volume of stock for increased trading periods.
--Prepare for and attend all weekly/monthly retail meetings.
--Prepare Sales report for all brands by stores for daily, weekly, monthly & yearly and send to Management team & Brand Managers.
--Conduct fortnightly store visits & submit reports to Brand Merchandising Manager.
--Attend relevant briefing sessions from Brand Managers with the Brand Merchandising Manager, following any trade show, brand announcement, product launch or new information pertaining to retail
--Based on these briefings, assist the Brand Merchandising Manager in producing retail merchandising plans covering in-store layouts, promotions & window calendars for each season
--Attendance and involvement of special projects/events will be required where applicable e.g. local sales meetings, trade shows, company events etc.
--Ensured that all supplier purchase orders/invoices have been submitted to the Finance Dept in a timely manner or preparing payment request for suppliers.
--Planning and coordinating with Logistics and Sales team for shipping of all AFA, Eyewear orders and other promotional (POP) materials to local and GCC dealers.
--Preparing cost sheets and booking inventory in the system upon receipt from the supplier and reported any discrepancies found in the checking process by the warehouse team.
--Sending discrepancy reports to all the suppliers based on the goods received.
--Working closely with Logistics Manager and Warehouse Manager for incoming shipments updates.
--Raising POs for orders and enter all stock deliveries of incoming products from suppliers.
--Clearing POs from the system which is not required.
--Assisting in reporting for all sorts of Purchase Reports for the team members.
--Successfully performing data entry operations including raising estimates for all sales orders for Distribution sales team, purchase orders for eyewear and AFA orders for Distribution and Retail Sections and processing of system codes for inventory.
--Preparing export documentations for all export shipments to GCC.
--Coordinating between Sales team and Finance department to ensure all accounts are paid as per terms and conditions of contract prior to shipping and sent SOAs & followed-up payments with the dealers where necessary.
--Actively processing sales orders through warehouse inventory team including invoicing and packing of stocks and subsequently taking approvals from Operations/Finance for deliveries.
--Preparing/printing stocks, accounts and sales reports for sales team and management.
--Preparing Purchase Order for the shipments.
--Preparing cost sheets, booking the stock into the inventory.
--Giving instruction to warehouse to allocate the stock.
--After getting the LPO making arrangement for the delivery
--Assisting Sales Rep/Brand manager for all inventory related issues.
--Follow up the credit accounts.
--Making sales invoice every month for goods on consignment.
--Reporting to the Brand Manager about the status of purchase and sales.
--Assisting the clients who wish to view the model in the showroom. Ability to identify customer needs and presents service feature confidently and well experience in delivery with client.
