Responsible for the entire recruitment process for the Company for all positions and all locations.
* Provide professional recruitment support from preparing the relevant job profile to posting advertisements and liaising
with recruitment agencies / head hunters.
* Source suitable candidates through cost effective measures.
* Preparing job offers, Labour Contracts etc as per the UAE Labour Law.
* Coordinating with the PRO regarding visa formalities.
* Ensuring that all arrangements are made before a candidate joins. Organizing as well as conducting orientation
programs for new employees and ensuring the induction of the new entrant in a professional and well organized
manner.
* Preparation of the employee file and the updating of the MIS record.
* Keeping a track of the employee’s probation, follow-up with the Department Head regarding performance review etc.
* Obtaining and maintaining legally binding Confidentiality and Non-Compete agreements with all employees.
* Updating the Organizational Structure and Departmental Organization Chart from time to time.
* Preparing the job descriptions and specifications for each position in order to be able to hire the right quality of work
force.
* Acting as a bridge (means of communication) between the employees and the management.
* Processing resignations / terminations etc as well as controlling employee’s assignments, transfers and job rotations as
per requirement.
* Maintaining staff leave / vacation records.
* Processing leave applications and tracking on-duty resumption.
* Advising the Accounts Department regarding absences, late arrivals etc. for monthly salary processing.
* Manage appraisal systems across all levels and link the data to rewards and benefits.
* Providing employee’s job variety through job sharing and rotation.
* Dealing with employee’s grievances and other issues.
* Conducting enquiries regarding disciplinary matters and reporting to the management on the same.
* Recording the incidents of the grievance in the relevant files.
Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
* Developed user friendly application forms and questioners to be used by the organization during recruitment
* Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
* Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
* Responsible for generating the offer letters
* Verifying the documents.
* Responsible for handling Manpower agencies
* Responsible for keeping track for employee’s record.

* Conducting Exit Interviews.
Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
* Handling initial round of interview in order to judge the candidate’s suitability, attitude, academic & professional
qualification, experience, communication skills etc.
* Understanding the requirements through job description and discuss the requirements with the concerned
manager.
* Coordinating with consultancies for getting the right profile for the requirements of the clients.
* Planning alternate channel activities for the recruitment.
* Coordinating Campus drives and job fair’s with colleges.
* Coordinating & administering the complete recruitment process for Customer Service Executives /Tech support
Executives -Voice and Non-Voice Process.
* Offering the candidates based on their experience, Negotiating salary with the candidates.
* Helping the candidates for the joining formalities and the E- Joining.
* Briefing the candidates on the process and Polices of the Company.
* Verifying the documents of the joiners.
* Generating the Offer using People Soft -Oracle Software.
* Updating the bank account details of the new joiner in People Soft.
* Creating Employee ID using People Answers.
* Creating the Login ID of the new joiner’s
* Handling Employee referral
* Responsible for conducting meeting based upon the requirements.
* Responsible for closing a batch with the specified headcount.
* Responsible for handling vendors.
Evaluating the performance of the candidates.
* Arranging & conducting Interviews, helping in recruitment processes.
* Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
* Prepare and submit all relevant HR letter as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the
management
* Responsible for maintaining employee details.
* Responsible for recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
* Responsible for maintaining and updating leave records.
* Responsible for organizing meetings.
* Responsible for conducting HR induction programs.
* Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.
