• Schedule and follow up through calls and email with leads and clients.
• Once ADNOC RFQs are received, sourcing the required items from various buyers worldwide or locally, meeting customer’s expectations in terms of quality and price.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
• Prepare the Quotations, Delivery Notes, Invoices, Purchase Orders, RFQs, Receipt Vouchers, Payment Vouchers, and any/all required documents, as required by/for the company.
• Prepare and organize the meeting with clients as and when required.
• Coordinating material shipment and delivery with suppliers.
• Following-up the payment with clients.
• Establish the company as Reliable and build Trust and long-term relation with various Clients in the market, and thus helps in increasing goodwill of the company.
• Prepare Tender Related Documents, as required.
• Maintain Log & Filing of all incoming and outgoing documents.
• Maintaining a log to monitor renewals of various Company Licenses and other documents.
• Monitoring PDC dates and other due dates, or event dates / meetings and appointments.
• Preparation of a Weekly status report showing company activities and submit to the VP/Operations Manager.
