 This is a feeding store, where material has to be maintaining it stock level, accurately for sales.
 My duty is to look after the feeding store and maintaining it stock level and accurately, and arrange the required material from main
store in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, & Sharjah as per sales department needed.
 Ensure that stock is released from my location only through proper document like STI, DO or Invoice.
 Ensure all safety measure are following by assistant while handling material as per the requirement written in the box, like material
Denso, Pump, Assembled Pump set, Etc.
 Any damage occurring to the stock items (including pump sets), vehicles, and material handling equipment‟s, company property etc.,
shall be documented and reported immediately to the respective supervisor who shall initiate immediate corrective / preventive action.
 Items which have limited shelf life or expiry date or which become obsolete faster (E.g. pumps, water heaters, anti-corrosion tapes,
pressure tanks) delivery or transfer of materials shall be on FIFO basis or manufacturing date of the products whichever is earlier.
 Based on the „Weekly Material Arrival Notifications‟ received from the Procurement Department, I shall ensure that the space is available to offload and store the arriving consignment. Any shortage of space or facility to offload any particular consignment shall be
notified to the Procurement Department.
 Receiving consignments from local / international supplier check material as per LPO / IMO and prepare MRN / IMR.
 All the document work is done systematically. Systematically means preparing document like Stock transfer request (STQ), Stock
transfer issue (STI), Stock transfer receipt (STR), MRN, IMR, Sales Report, Ledger etc. in company Focus & Sales Force Software.
 Conduct daily stock Checking & Set up all Material properly in racking and barcoded for quarterly Inventory purpose.
 Total around 5000+ items are there in this store.

• This is the central facilities yards (CFY) - main store where all type of spare part, lubricant, auto electrical material for Light duty, heavy duty vehicle and land & marine equipment (like tugboat, barge, carne, wheel loader, telescopic handler, forklift, etc.) sea diving material, Land & Marine fabrication material, construction material (like plumbing items, electrical items scaffolding, cement, brick, interlock, wheel Brower, concrete mixer etc.), Safety items, consumable items, office stationary items etc.
• Total around 50000+ items are there in this store.
• Around 1 - Warehouse - section head, 5 - Store keepers, 5 - Assistant Store keepers, 5 Labors, 2 Forklift Driver and 2 Purchaser work in this main store. I am working as “Store keeper” and we report directly to section head.
• Coordinating with store team in day to day activities.
• Receiving Demand bulletin, check the material physically available or make Local purchase order (LPO) and sent to procurement for further propose.
• If available issue it to department. If it is site requirement arrange material; do packaging and send it by courier, road transport, as per weight of the material. And also prepare waybill, packing list and all other related document for dispatched to site.
• When purchasers bring material check it physically and receive it. (Separate stock items and allocate in the rack, Separate department items and inform the order person to collect it and if site material send it to site.)
• All the document work is done manually and systematically. (Manually means preparing document like Demand bulletin, Way Bill (gate pass), etc. and Systematically means preparing document like LPO, Receiving Voucher, Issue Voucher, Receiving Slip, Issue Slip, MRR, Etc. in company RPG Software.)
• Minimizing Obsolescence, Surplus and Scrap through proper codification, preservation and Handling.
• Finalization of Inventory levels viz. Reorder, Maximum, Minimum and Buffer levels for all the production related consumable, keeping in view monthly/weekly consumption and lead time for procurement.
• Preparing and submit the Inventory Report to the Accounts and management on monthly basis.
• Conducts periodic stock verification to identity the discrepancies and pilferages, if any so as to bring it to the notice of higher authorities and also to take corrective action

• Preparing work order in the software program made by the company that is in “FLEETMATE” Preparing monthly cost sheet of equipment and vehicle in “ORION” software. After entering in software send, it is to the head office for further purpose.
• Every six month stock taking in done in the companies, that I has to give detail report of workshop stock (i.e. detail of spare parts, filter etc.) which is in the store at that time of the month. I have to personally check all the detail, make detail record in computer, and send it to the head office account division for information.
• Keep record of material loading in container? Making the packing list and Invoice for port & Airways Cargo, Ask bill of lading form shipping company. Filing properly all document.
• Arrange crane for loading & unloading container
