Worked as a Senior Instrument Technician on Direct hire role for Maintenance and Project
support of Upper Zakum Central Complex Offshore production facilities and Remote well
head Platforms.
• Maintenance execution as per risk assessment and comply with the HSE procedures
• Lead execution of both planned and unplanned Instrumentation & Control (I&C) maintenance
activities, ensuring strict adherence to Work Management processes and HSE standards.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, manpower, and material resources to deliver preventive (PM)
and corrective (CM) maintenance across offshore platforms.
• Perform scheduled predictive, preventive and proactive maintenance on plant equipment as per
approved procedures/work instructions to ensure proper operating conditions of companys assets
and adherence to international standards.
• Ensure the Equipment and Instrument devices associated with the WELL HEAD PLATFORM such as
Wellhead control panel Safety cabinet, Test separator, Xmas tree valves, Gas Skid are properly
maintained in accordance with ADNOC Standards and Test Procedures.
• Maintenance and Project support for the Fire and Gas Detection and protection system such as
Smoke/heat Detector, Triple IR & UV/IR Flame Detector, VESDA HSSD Smoke Detection Systems,
Hydrocarbon/Toxic/Hydrogen Gas detection systems & various type of fire protection systems like
FM200, Novec, CO2, Deluge, Sprinkler and Water Mist System.

Maintenance of crude oil gathering centers & natural gas booster stations of KUWAIT OIL COMPANY North kuwait area

• Responsible for Maintenance of all instrument devices associated with the Process
plant, Wellhead Platforms and Utility Area
• Functional check of vibration monitoring systems Bently Nevada 3300 and 3500 series using TK-3
Proximity system test kit

• Attending daily meetings with Senior Engineers, planning for commissioning activities, and
coordinating with operations to perform tasks in a safe manner.
• Supervising all commissioning, and start-up activities including preparation, resource coordination
(technicians, equipment, other departments). Ensuring safety and permit regulations were followed
• Performed calibration, loop checks, and function tests for field instruments (FIELDBUS and HART)
including transmitters, control valves, and analyzers associated with CDS (Central degassing Station)
and RDS (Remote Degassing station)
• Maintained detailed documentation for QA/QC and handover packages.
• Collaborated with electrical and process teams to ensure seamless integration and testing.
• Prepared punch lists and participated in system walk-downs and handovers.
• Assisted in troubleshooting during startup phases and stabilized process instrumentation.

• Control of Work/ Permit to Work (PTW) processes during commissioning of utility and
process systems
• Experience in calibration, installation, inspection, FAT, SAT, loop check, Trip Logic Test,
Functional Test, MC walkdown, RFC and PSSR start-up, and commissioning activity

• Carry out mechanical completion line walks of instrument and process systems and compile
punch lists in accordance with project specifications.
• Inspect instrument equipment in line with project specifications and complete the
associated Inspection Test Report paperwork.
• System Handover Management Process commissioning check sheet completion.
• carryout jobs in accordance with As built instruments and control documents & procedure.
• To complete the work scope assigned within the defined project schedule, ensuring the
engineering design standards are achieved and equipment operability satisfactorily
demonstrated.

Worked in a commissioning technician on contract basis for Expansion
activities of Crude & Vacuum distillations units
• Carried out Panel internal wiring, mounting of control modules, instrument tubings.
• Assistance on Factory Acceptance Test and Punch List/Mechanical Completion/ wiring
documentation
• Cause and effect matrix checks, interlocks, alarms, & controls performance verification.
• Installation inspection against design documentation
• Stroke test of pneumatic, hydraulic and motor-operated valves.
• Completion of approved commissioning check sheets

Worked as part of 200 Megaton/ Day expansion commissioning activities of tyre manufacturing
plant.
• Experience in commissioning & maintenance of tyre vulcanizing presses, tyre building
machines etc
• Loop checking and Calibration of complete field instruments (Temperature/Pressure/Level/
Shut-OFF valves/Gas - Liquid Fuel Control Valves- Smart / Hart Protocol devices And Test
Equipments.
• Acquired knowledge on evaluation of Piping & Instrumentation Diagram/Panel interface
