Construction of storm water basin effluent treatment system at RLOC- QCHEM

Duties and Responsibilities

Review and check the “Front End Engineering Design” (FEED) then conduct site visit to verify site condition.
Perform Re-Design & Engineering for the “Front End Engineering Design” (FEED) if any modification required as per site requirements in conformance to project specification and applicable standard then submit to client for approval.
Prepare shop drawings as per project requirement in conformity to ASME Standard, Qatar Construction Specification and other International standard.
Perform Method of Statement, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), weld mapping as well as hydro-test package.
Prepare Material Submittal and submit “Request For Inspection” (RFI) at site as required.
Installation of storm water Multi Media Filter vessel on designated foundations and construction of new concrete tank (TK-1298).
Construct foundation, installation and alignment of storm water transfer pump.
Execute at site all the work as per QA/QC Procedure as well as Project Quality Plan.
Ensure work adheres to Project Safety Regulations like Job Safety Analysis.
Ensure all activities strictly following the Permit To Work (PTW) system.
Prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR).
Supervise piping shop fabrication till installation at site.
Supervise fabrication and installation of pipe support and anchors.
Monitor the blasting and painting activities.
Supervise the erection of piping, electrical & instrumentation equipments, and valves.
Hydro-test, Testing & Commissioning civil work as well as Electro-Mechanical work.
Review Mechanical/Piping Completion, As Built Drawings and final Dossier.

Project: Construction of Injection Wells and Doha South Sewage Treatment Plant - ASHGHAL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Installation of HVAC Package unit also construction and installation of ducting, dampers, air diffusers, duct hanger & supports.
• Set the specifications and check the design of mechanical and electro-mechanical products and system in the building.
• Supervision for the implementation of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing and drainage system as per approved construction drawings in conformance to project specification and all applicable standards and building codes.
• Ensure that the highest quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work are in accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate meeting with clients and consultants.
• Design and compute the size of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) pipe to be used to connect from existing surge vessel tank going to five (5) Injection Wells with total capacity of 50, 000M3/day of Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) source from Doha South consumers.
• In-charge for the installation of DN250, DN350, DN400 & DN500 GRP pipe from Tie-In point surge vessel tank to injection wells.
• Extended the four (4) legs of surge vessel tank by lifting it with 120 tonnage crane then Tie-In the DN400 GRP equal TEE and reinstall the piping, electrical and instrument components.
• Compute and design orifice plate to use as a temporary installation to reduce the pressure in the line to maintain 2 bars of medium in entering the injection wells while the Pressure Reducing Valve is not yet delivered.
• Installed Pressure Reducing valve and flow meter in the line.
• Hydro-test, Testing & Commissioning the civil as well as electro-mechanical work.
• Review Mechanical/Piping Completion, As Built Drawings and final Dossier.

Project: Construction of Foul Sewage & Area Drainage Pumping Station Diplomatic Area - KAHRAMAA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review & check design, supervise site installations, and also maintain installed electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, chiller & piping system.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Supervision for the implementation of firefighting, plumbing and drainage system as per approved construction drawings in conformance to project specification and all applicable standards and building codes.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection request, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Ensure that the work adheres to project safety regulations.
• Mounting, installation and alignment of 45kw centrifugal SPP pump.
• Piping installation of suction DN500 and discharge DN400 diameter ductile iron flanged pipe.
• Fabrication and erection of monorail for 5 tons SWL overhead crane.
• Installation of piping components such as ductile iron double flanged eccentric/concentric reducer, Non-Return Valve (NRV), Motorize Valve (MOV), flow meter and others.
• Hydro-test, Testing & Commissioning civil as well as electro-mechanical work.
• Review Mechanical/Piping Completion, As Built Drawings and final Dossier.

Project: Piping Modification of 2” vent line at NFA - Qatar Petroleum (NFA/PS4)
Offshore

Duties and Responsibilities

• Replace the existing 2” temporary vent line for 20” x 13 3/8”wellhead casing annulus downstream the Gas Receivers located at Wellhead Platform No.1 (WP-1) and Wellhead Platform No.2 (WP-2) respectively toward Utility Flare Platform (Carbon Steel pipe).
• Installation and welding of pipe support for 2” vent line.
• Replace the flexible hoses and swivel joints in the liquid burner system with hard piping (Copper Nickel).
• Replace the current obsolete flow meter 59-FQI-004 on the waste effluent treatment package and modification of its plastic lined spool.
• Replace the existing turbine flow meters 51-FE-006 and 51-FE-007 with coriolis type flow meters and modification of its incoloy pipe spool.
• Hydro-test, Testing & Commissioning civil as well as electro-mechanical work.
• Review Mechanical/Piping Completion, As Built Drawings and final Dossier.

Supervised and monitor all projects in pipe work, pipelines, hydro-testing, tank repair & re-plating, sandblasting & painting, civil and electrical jobs.
Compute the actual total cost of every project.
Perform pre-requisition of all the materials, tools and equipments needed at site.
Review all the ARAMCO approved “Service Orders” based from the ARAMCO approved “Contract”.

Planning and make schedule for preventive maintenance.
Maintain all machines in good condition.
Perform daily routine inspection of all plant equipments.
Perform daily machine checklist of preventive maintenance.
Advance preparation of spare parts for preventive maintenance.

Achieved work quality as per client requirements & standard.
Follow all requirements of safety measures.
Estimate and compute the total project cost.

Maintain production steam and air pressure demand.
Regenerate hard water into its standard limit.
Apply regular chemical dosage of boiler water treatment.
Maintain in good condition all boiler accessories.
Overhaul 2 stages, V-type Iwata Compressor.
Hydro-testing of boiler during maintenance shutdown.

Machine Responsibilities

Operation and Maintenance of Cleaver Brooks boiler 250 and 300 Bhp.
Operation and Maintenane of 350 Kw Caterpillar generator set.
Operation and Maintenance of 2 stage, v-type iwata compressor (2 units).
