• Review Saudi Aramco Inspection Test Plans (SATIP), Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard (SAES), ASME B31.1, B31.3.
• Material receiving of pipes & fittings as per latest isometric drawing, verifying heat numbers, chemical composition and material certificates issued by vendors.
• Visual inspections of piping materials to ensure surface defects, deformities or ovality are not present prior to fit-up.
• Verify correct materials and sizes (diameter and length) of each spool as per approved and latest revision of Isometric Drawings prior to welding.
• Prepare Non-conformance Reports for defective materials or performance.
• Check completed lines (punching) to determine if any component is missing.

• Perform personal functions, such as supervision of production workers, technician and evaluation of programs.
• Apply engineering principles and practices to emerging fields, such as Piping, Plumbing, HVAC and firefighting.
• Communication with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, telephone or email.
• Site surveillance and making sure that that the work was done as per specifications, quality, efficiency and as per given schedule.
• Attend weekly internal meeting and discuss queries with regards to mechanical works and suggest/ find the solutions to the problems encountered.
• Follow up pending materials to procurement department and assure that the delivered materials are as per specifications and available whenever it will be needed.
• Maintain company reputations by complying with client regulations and standards.
