Contacting potential clients to establish Business Relationships.
* Planning and supervise new marketing initiatives.
* Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
* Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
* Procurement of Spare Parts from regional and International Markets such as China, Turkey and India.
* Preparing and issuing local purchase orders, when required to purchase parts from local suppliers.
Sales Management
* Attending customers over the counter, resolving customer queries about spare parts by providing
appropriate solution, executing sales and issuing bill of purchase.
* Visiting client facilities regularly to analyze their requirement, preparing/ issuing quotations and
bagging sales.
* Following up with clients on the status of quotations, executing orders of spare parts as per deadlines.
* Preparing and issuing local purchase orders.
* Preparing daily sales report for review by Senior Management.
Procurement of Spare Parts of Heavy Equipment
* Procurement Process Optimization.
* Procuring spare parts of Heavy Equipment from various suppliers in UAE and other International
suppliers in China, Turkey and India.
* Procurement of Parts for Trucks, Crusher Plant Products, Concrete Products, Concrete Pumps, Filters,
Batteries and Tyres.
Customer Relationship Management
* Consistently built strong and lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent customer
service.
* Providing excellent after sales service to clients by ensuring all defective parts are promptly replaced.
* Ensuring customer issues are promptly addressed, documented and resolved in a timely and
professional manner consistent with customer service and professional/ quality standards.
General Accounting
* Maintaining and updating the cash book, handling petty cash and tallied the balance at the end of
each day.
* Preparing sales and account statement everyday based on daily transactions.
* Assisting external auditors and accounts managers in information sharing and at the time of
finalization of accounts.
Stock and Inventory control
* Stock taking of inventory to ensure ready supply of spare parts as per customer requirements.
* Monitoring and keeping record of incoming and outgoing stock.
* Overseeing the procurement of stock and coordinating the time of uploading/downloading of the
supplies.
Team Building
* Cohesively worked as part of a team to meet individual, department and store objectives.
* Ensuring team cohesion & coordinating with the senior management on issues arising in the day- to-
day operations.
Greet and assist all the customers and provide services to them.
* Prepare daily Sales report and handling cash register.
* Handling inventory of stocks in area of commercial operation.
