Handling Spare Parts & Documentation
• Check the Availability of Parts in Stock ( Oracle )
• Guide the Workshop to avail the Right Parts & create spare parts request form.
• Create / Pose the demand in the system and issue the requested Parts in the Job Card.
• Communicate with the Parts Team for the Availability of parts and Ordering (Purchasing) of needed parts that are not available in stock.
• Physical Verification of stock with respect to the RFQ, RV, Delivery note, Invoice and maintaining the workshop parts inventory as per Oracle system stock.
Foreign Ordering and Receiving
• Ordering of spare parts needed, base on the demand of customers through principal ( Korea )
• Prepare parts costing, base on the packing list and prices declared by principal and brokers.
• Updating the system ( ERP ) after the parts received and checked by the parts warehouse sections.

Parts Custom clearing
• Monitor all the incoming ordered parts coming from the principal.
• Follow up shipment through broker once the ordered parts is already shipped, most be cleared w/ in 3-5 days.
Stock Adjustment
• Updating the system with corresponding “Parts Quality Status Report” that indicates the discrepancy, Damage Parts and corrective action in warehouse.
• Use for transferring source code of Parts including the monitoring of accessories of Limited Editions.
Counter Sales of local Branches
• Handles all the request parts of all branches
Analysis of Parts Demand
• With the help of computer application (Parts Order Management System, Parts Inventory Control System and Other) the monitoring of incoming and outgoing parts and the three months demand for the basis of production of the suppliers.
Handling Inquiries of dealers
• Handling inquiries over the phone or through fax whether their required Part Number is Available or not including the variant and application of Parts.
Benchmarking against competitors
• The study of Competitiveness of the prices against major competitors.
• Most of the Fast-Moving parts Including Lubricants.
• Accessories to match the appearance and the needs of customers against other brands.
• Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines utilize computer programming and manufacturing machines in order to perform a routine manufacturing function.
• Operates manual lathe machines like GPM (General Purpose Machine)
• Must get the monthly target demand
