• Acts as a Technical Link between the Design Team and Manufacturing Team.
• Participates in Corrective Action investigations, discussions and solutions with regards to component and process issues per week.
• Provide feedback & proper instructions to the respective departments to correct the issues to reduce downtime.
• Leads in Corrective Action investigations and solutions with regards to component and process issues
• Implementing & Management of Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques
• Train operators that need to be educated of new process and improvements.
Interaction with customers. Technical verification, documentation and preparation of quotations for UPS, Battery charger systems.
Maintenance and Repair of Electro Mechanical And Micro Processor Based Automatic Production Machines Used For Manufacturing of Capacitors.
Working knowledge of pneumatic & electro mechanical solenoids, sensors, micro-switches, PLC.
Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate
Carrying out quality inspections
Organizing routine servicing schedules
Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns
Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed
