Etimad Strategic Security Solution as CICPA main contractor to facilitate and protect the U.A.E assets. The projects are not limited to Offshore & Onshore and the content cannot be disclosed as per the company policy in line with UAE laws.

• Assist Project teams in Fabrication, Design and Construction of Drilling shelter, Harbour Area, Precast & Non Precast Elements, Spill retention slabs, Telecom Tower & Development area, Helipads, Waste water treatment facility & Accommodation facilities.
• Assist Engineering drafting team in Coordination of Project design and preparation of shop drawings.
• Assist Engineering team in coordination of Project design with the Design consultants to meet the target submission deadlines.
• Ensure that the Design meets the Principle project and statutory requirements.
• Reviewing of drawings & documents in strict compliance with specification and project requirements.
• Apply value engineering to obtain cost efficient and practical solution.
• Review of Subcontractor drawings and documents to capture all variations and design delays.
• Coordinate and resolve design related issues with Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT).
• Coordinate Subcontractor mobilization and procurement of material in line with the Base line schedule.
• Coordinate with other related discipline and interface the works with other discipline in the job site.
• Manage subcontractors’ onsite activities with regards to cost, time and schedule.
• Managed issuing of Technical Queries (TQ’s) to IPMT due to potential scope changes resulted from interface issues & actual site conditions.
• Submission of daily, weekly and monthly project report to the Project Manager and Client.
• Generated Method statements & risk assessments for the project work execution process.
• Refer and check against contract drawings and scope of works for MTO’s (material take-offs) and issue material demands based on the project schedule.
• supervised a team in additional CTN work for island surface vibro compaction. Quantity calculations. Attending meetings with company IPMT.
• Assist the vibro compaction team to complete the work at scheduled time and assessing progress claims to subcontractors.
• Responsible for preparing Vibro compaction weekly reports to Project Manager.
• Responsible for getting approval from client for all engineering drawings &documents.
• Notify IPMT related to the interface site issues with other EPC contractors.
• Identified the tie-in points and respond to the IA’s issued by EPC contractors and stake holders.
• Prepared weekly & monthly project interface report & registers.
• Arranged meeting with other interface parties for the critical outstanding open IA’s.
• Completed the Interface Handing over dossier.
• Lead the preparation and monitoring of the completion of As-built drawings.
• Lead the preparation of Project Handing Over Dossier.

• Responsible for working closely with the Construction Manager and Construction Team to implement the Scope of Works (SOW) in accordance with Contract documentation and correct procedures.
• Focus, monitor and report on the progress of targets.
• Responsible for resolving day to day construction issues.
• Participate and attend in construction progress meeting.
• In conjunction with site personnel, identify current and potential problems and propose corrective or preventive action to mitigate any delay in execution of daily works.
• Reports any site issues and problems that affect the progress of work and resolve in conjunction with the Construction manager.
• Notify main contractor for site delays to substantiate Notice of Delays.
• Responsible for preparing daily progress report, site inventory reports, manpower etc.
• Supervision of Foremen and Supervisors to ensure works are progressing to completion targets and proactively resolving issues in regard to equipment, materials, manpower availability on site and ensuring the delivery is on track with construction schedule.
• Maintain compliance of work to the project safety policy and ensures the project safety awareness of all workers thru weekly toolbox meeting.
• Responsible for Permit approvals, traffic management liaising with main contractor & local authorities.
• Monitor and maintain records of all variation works to ensure all additional work is identified and billed.
• Responsible for notifying main contractor & client for site inspection and approval of bored trenches & drilling samples prior to reinforcement erection.
• Conducting onsite structural inspections: trench excavation, bentonite test, reinforcement cages, pre pours & concrete pours.
• Leading the team of site inspectors to ensure all works were carried out in accordance with the scope of works & project specifications

• Coordinating with the Construction manager for all project requirements.
• Estimation of labour, resources and materials and preparing bill of quantities.
• Maintaining the site inventory report, progress report& time sheet.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure works are in accordance to drawings & specifications.
• Day to day management & guide supervisors to ensure works are progressing and proactively resolving issues in regard to equipment, materials and manpower availability on site.
• Responsible for coordinating & conducting site inspection with client inspectors.
• Assist in submission of all necessary documents, material traceability, inspection records and check sheets to financial department for submitting invoice to client for approval.
