I am currently employed with Bahri Mazroei Technical System, Abudhabi where I am recognized for driving technical as well as commercial development of ELV Projects. I am relied upon for completing projects within the given time frame and ensuring to give the best services using minimal resources, valued engineering, inspecting and monitoring ongoing projects to ensure smooth, fast and efficient project completion. Job Profile:
• Involved in validating technical specification and drawings.
• Supervision of submittals, estimation, procurement, man power handling etc.
• Co-ordination with client, consultant, Main Contractor until project handover
• Co-ordination with Sub-contractors to achieve timely targets.
• Coordinating with various suppliers for timely deliveries
• Record keeping of all technical details.
• Ensuring As Built Drawings, Method of statement, O & M Manuals and other project related documents is prepared and submitted in a timely manner in line with project requirement
• Estimating the quantity of work done for monthly payment application.
• Preparing Cost proposal for Variation works
• Supervision of Installation, Commissioning & Execution of ELV projects.
• Monitoring close out of snags raised by the consultant and handover the project within the stipulated time.

• Coordinating with various suppliers for fast execution of projects.
• Record keeping of all technical details.

• Installation, Commissioning & Execution of ELV projects within the given time frame.
• Site Survey & designing of security systems such as Access Control, CCTV, IP Clock & Audio Visual.
• Co-ordination with client and consultant for approvals.
• Co-ordination with Sub-contractors to achieve timely targets.
• Negotiation of sub-contract works for supply and job works
• Preparing technical submittal and handing over documents.

• Meeting with Clients to negotiate various sales deals.
• Co-ordination with International clients for E-learning solutions sales & business tie-ups.
• Provide technical assistance to end users regarding E-learning solutions.
• Managing various e-learning solution projects at various schools.
