Responsibilities
Assist to develop and the review the procedures and systems designed to facilitate safe work.
In consultation with Project Management, regularly review safe work procedures.
Ensure Proper Communication with the Top Management, Client.
Manage and organize the general activities and give guidance to Safety Officers/ supervisors.
Liaise with Statutory authorities periodically to resolve HSE comments.
Participate in weekly/ periodic meeting with client/Consultant to resolve HSE concerns.
Provide leadership, planning and motivation in the implementation of HSE and loss control
Preparation and submission of HSE reports..
Conducting Walk through Audits / Spot inspections, implement best practices in all locations.
Conducting Mock drills
To Promote Health, Safety & Environment awareness among all site personnel.
Conducting Job Safety Analysis and ensuring implementations of controls.
