Handle reservation and operations of airport and city transfers, private chauffeur
services, and city tours.
Take care of VVIP clients and ensure high quality service is provided.
Attend incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp requests and provide quotation for different
services to walk in clients.
Handle petty cash.
Prepare daily roster and allocation of drivers and briefing about special requests.
Arrange Al Majlis and Marhaba services for VIP guests.
Take care of a fleet of 35 luxury vehicles and its maintenance.
Handle guest complaints and provide solution.
Make monthly reports.
Provide payment links to walk in clients and receive payment.
Coordinate with suppliers in case of overbooking.
Take care of reservation and operation of hotel, flight and inbound
tours within UAE. Make daily roster and allotment of drivers for Airport transfers,
tours and briefing them before dispatch regarding special requests. Handle petty cash
and expenses. Invoicing clients and follow up regarding payments. Make monthly
reports.
Provide Assistance to the passengers of Srilankan Airlines
