Provide technical leadership across multiple strategic Cisco initiatives, including Secure Client NVM, Smart Net
Total Care (SNTC), PSS, SCH, Smart Care, Net Authenticate, Smart Metering, PSA On-Premises, SNAS, One
View/MACD, PAM, and Customer Data Protection (CDP). Lead end-to-end project delivery from Proof of Concept
(PoC) through Production, while driving cloud modernization, infrastructure automation, operational excellence, AI
adoption, and Agentic Development initiatives.
Secure Client / NVM
• Serve as Technical Lead responsible for AWS cloud infrastructure, architecture, and operational excellence.

Cisco Smart Care Services
• Contributed to the Cisco Smart Care Services platform across multiple roles during a long-term engagement,
progressively advancing from PL/SQL Developer to Database Administrator, Performance Engineer,
and Solution Architect.
• Designed, developed, & optimized enterprise applications supporting large-scale customer service and
reporting requirements.
• Led database design, performance tuning, data architecture, and reporting initiatives to improve application
responsiveness and operational efficiency.
