• Current Position : Processor - Signature Maintenance Unit (SMU)
Responsibilities:
Receive documents/Account opening forms, relating to the concern segments i.e (Retail Banking, SME, PVT, CIBG)
Prepare the Transmittal Memo using Excel for particular segments.
Capturing signatures and operating instructions for all Retail, SME and Corporate customer across UAE, Doha, Bahrain and Kuwait with the support of Universal banking software namely FLEXCUBE.
Processes all transactions as per audit and compliance requirement with in TAT.
File and dispatch all record to metro file on monthly basis
Perform the quality check on RBG segments..
Checking of Metrofile records for accounts without signatures.
Retrieval of account opening forms from Infofort.
Scanning Signatures and uploading in the system.
• Update the Sales Force on different request that were raised.
• Interact with the clients on regular basis via phone/Email and address their concerns as well as requests on a particular service.
• Have a regular check on the client database and update the same if any changes.
• Perform the feedback surveys on the various services provided.
• Preparation of daily status report.
• Report to the circulation manager on daily basis with the daily status report analysis.
• Database cleans up as and when required.
• Data Entry
• Experienced in Application Software and Product Design/ Development, Testing, Implementation and support.
• Acknowledged developer, mentor and a trainer with ability to create and sustain high work tempo.
• Mentoring the team members for any new assignments and delegating onsite tasks. Also assisting them in understanding requirement, code analysis and providing technical solution
• Experienced in preparing and maintaining Project Documents (Functional, Technical, Unit Test Plan, Unit Test Results, System Integration Plans, System Integration Results, Implementation Plans, Operational Doc) and Project status reports.
• Good experience in Analysis and Design and providing estimates for the small to medium projects.
• Experienced in working different modules of Vision Plus.
• Good communication skills and positive framework of mind with zeal to perform & offer pragmatic solutions.
• Good experience in taking complete ownership from the design perspective till implementation of the project.
