In charge of spares and repair materials/aircraft components to meet supply chain and operational requirements and to
meet supply chain targets.
• Weekly and monthly reports to department heads, deputed by the Supply Chain Manager to improve SCM performance by
TAT, delivering expenditure, budget, and savings analysis reports for each project.
• Maintaining repair Vendor Management performance based on KPIs, vendor meetings, to evaluate the vendor performance
and productivity.
• In charge of ensuring that suppliers achieve agreed-upon lead-times/TAT obligations, as well as adjusting order and
shipping priorities to match supply chain and operational requirements.
• Obtain quotes for uncontract materials and services, prepare price analysis and recommendations, evaluate, and negotiate
price, payment, and delivery terms, identify cost-cutting methods (credits, rebates, and discounts), and negotiate warranty
contracts to meet the conditions and lead times to maximize benefits/savings.
• Use appropriate delivery methods to match operational criticality and, when possible, reduce overhead expenses to meet
supply chain and production needs, ensure that AOG/critical priority items are repaired and sent as soon as possible.
• Repair services should be obtained from OEMs and certified providers that give the greatest quality at the best value, while
also guaranteeing that material release certification and supporting papers meet FAS QA and Airworthiness requirements.
• Examine open and overdue orders for progress/follow-up and escalation of non-conformances internally and externally as
needed to maintain optimal vendor performance.
• In cooperation with supply chain and QA, evaluate possible suppliers based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability,
and selection variety, while ensuring compliance with Technical Procedures and Export Control rules.
• In compliance with supply chain targets, responsible for prompt resolution of receipt discrepancies and billing queries.
• Order status should be updated on the audit trail on a regular basis to ensure that supply chain and operations are aware of
the most recent order status.
