• Leading a team of Competent Lifting Inspector & Trainers with target of Zero Errors and Zero Complaints.
• Planning and execution of inspection, testing and certification of various Lifting equipments, Material handling equipments, in accordance with BS, EN, ASME, API Standards, LEEA, LOLER and PDO Lifting Standard PR1708 Part 2 Rev2.
• Preparations of Lifting plans and Procedures for critical heavy lifts and witnessing of heavy lift operations.
• Acting as key consultant for Lifting operations of major projects in Oman.
• Providing Technical Guidance for the key customers in their Lifting operation related issues.
• On-site supervisory inspector & consultant.
• Interact with the operations department to ensure that the customer needs are met.
• Staying up to date on service capabilities for enhancing sales.
• Building relationship with key personnel (decision makers) within the customer’s site.
• Preparation of presentation and proposals to obtain new orders including proper review of customer specifications and commercial requirements
• Coordinating and resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for the Developing, Planning & Expansion of Inspection &Training services in all parts of Oman.
• Putting a strategic plan for each division and enhancing of our market share.
• Responsible for Managing the inspection team all over Oman.
• Working as Trouble shooter for any failure at all company locations.
• Responsible for meeting all Operational, QHSE and Marketing Objectives related to Inspection Services
• Assisting marketing and sales department in Tendering Quoting.
• Preparing the annual techno-commercial targets for Cranes and Lifting department.
• The focal point for all interactions with PDO.
• Mentoring and training the inspector and trainee engineers and put forward suggestions /recommendations to improve quality of services.
• Development and executions of various training programs.
• Presenting key issues related to lifting operations in all over Oman, in PDO Lifting meetings.
• Verification/Testing and Thorough Examination of different types of lifting equipment accessories, appliances and Cargo Carrying Units.
• Non Destructive Testing (MPI) on various Lifting Equipments.
• Thorough examination of various heavy machineries like Excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, skid steer loader, asphalt pavers, roller compacters etc.
• One day assessment courses for operators of various lifting equipments and heavy machineries.
• Preparation of Complex Engineered Lift Plans using crawler / mobile cranes up to 600 Tonnes.

• Preparation and Implementation of Corporate Lifting Equipment & Lifting Operations Practices & procedures for TEKFEN P059 project.
• Produce and review lifting plans/risk assessments and method statements for the project P059.
• Ensure high quality risk assessments are carried out for all lifting activities.
• Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personnel and individuals performance.
• Implement the British standard, Ashghal lifting standards, Qatar Petroleum regulations and Qatar Construction Scheme 2010 for compliance.
• Various improvement programs are implemented in the plant equipment, transport and lifting department to meet the company corporate EHS policy based on ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Handling a fleet of 23 mobile cranes up to 220 TE capacity, 33 lorry loader crane of 10.0 TONNE capacity, 2 tower cranes of 10.0 TONNE capacity, 5 telehandlers and 4 forklifts.
• Planning and coordination of heavy haulage transportation using 9 low bed trailers up to 100 TONNE capacity.
• Carry out rigging loft and equipment checks as per the scheme of compliance and ensure the color coding in place.
• Planned preventive maintenance of Cranes and other lifting equipments.
• Erection and dismantling of tower cranes, cold mix plants and concrete batching plants.
• Specialized in lifting, erecting and dismantling of huge form work panels, decks and girders.
• Promote and encourage team safety performance through carrying out trainings, Tool Box Talks, Audits, Risk Assessment and performance through HSE.
• Support the development of a suitable and competent workforce capable of executing rigging and lifting operations.
• Ensure continuous improvement and best practice.
• Representing the plant and equipment department at bi-weekly HSE meeting with SC, PMC and clients.
• Designed various lifting gears and accessories and got tested and certified it from 3rd party organization.
• Carrying out inspection of the cranes and various lifting equipments & accessories.
• Carrying out training and assessment of various levels of manpower engaged in Plant & equipment operations, transport and lifting activities.
• Co-ordination with the 3rd parties for routine scheduled inspection of lifting equipment and accessories and training of workforce.
• Dealing with consultants and clients in various issues relating to lifting activities.
• Initiating various inspection programs in the plant & Equipment division.
• Workshop safety focal point - carry out technical audits in workshop for continuous improvement is work place HSE practices.
• Played active role in framing various HSE training programs.
• Carry out defensive driving training for various trades of drivers.
• Played active roles in accident investigation along with HSE coordinator.
Bachelors Science in Health Safety and Environment, pursuing and expected to complete by June 2020
Successfully completed B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering and secured licenses in Aircraft maintenance in Instruments stream from Director General of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India. Successfully completed project in "Fly by wire system of Airbus A 320"
