•Pre-commissioning activities including system checks, Calibration, loop checking, Trouble shooting and Tuning of process control loops.

•Configuration and modification of the PLC logics with the remote support of the Vendors,
•Led interaction with main automation contractor Emerson for ICSS (DeltaV) and SCADA (OpenEnterprise), Leak Detection System (OptaSense), Telecom Packages, for job execution from detailed design up to FAT, IFAT, SAT and subsequent startup of plant.
•Reviewed and approved operation & shutdown logics and control narratives based on process control philosophy and narratives.
