To supervise and participate in the inspection and testing of all static equipment of process plants and pipelines and provides analyses of equipment condition ♦ Responsible for carrying out all inspections activities required to ensure plant integrity and reliability for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the plant based on RBI methods ♦ Corrosion analysis, Determines Corrosion Rates and Establishes Inspection Frequencies, ♦ Developing Inspection Programs for Dead legs, Nipple(Drain & Vents), Corrosion Under Insulation(CUI), Chemical Injection Points, Thickness Monitor locations (TML’s) ♦ RBI Implementation ♦ Plant Reliability Improvement, Trouble Investigation, ♦Prepare Shutdown Plan / Procedures ♦Safety Relief Valve Inspection♦ Presser test witness ♦ Review & Approve WPS, PQR & Welders Qualification♦ Develop Inspection & NDT procedures. Develop Repair & Modification Procedures for fabrication ♦ Maintain Inspection activities to meet GASCO/ADNOC, ASME, API & International Standards ♦ Review Cathodic Protection Data♦ Material, Welding, Fabrication and Painting/Coating inspection ♦ Develops & perform QA / QC activities in implementation of an effective QMS, etc
