o Responsible for Sales & Marketing of CAT Marine Engines / Gensets, MaK Marine Engines & Gensets, Cat Propulsion products in the territory
o Counsel dealers and support projects in territory or outside of territory with the support of the Segment Managers and other Territory Sales Managers, as well as, have full control of sales in the territory
o Lead business development activities that include product sales, marketing programs and alignment with corporate strategies.
o Identify gaps and work on skills development, maintain a strong working relationship with the Dealers
o Implement corporate bench marking tools to improve dealer capabilities to meet global standards for product sales & support
o Evaluates and involves all appropriate resources within the Caterpillar and the Dealer organization and own the overall strategy for each key account

o Previously handled territories of India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka with business revenue of around US $ 40 Million
Selection of Gearboxes / advise for suitable for Marine Engines of all renowned makes of Engines in the power range of 200 - 20, 000 KW.
o Prepare and submit complete Technical and Commercial Offers for tender/ bid as per RFQ.
o Liaison with factory in Germany for non-standard products, special products etc.
o Developed strategy for improving market share for Small & Medium Gearboxes.
o Timely execution of projects and ensure flow of information between factory and various propulsion equipment suppliers, designers, shipyards / customers.
o Liaisons with other subsidiaries for global tenders / projects to ensure REINTJES products are selected.
o Territory - India, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt & South Africa.
