1. • Providing technical support to EY Portals via e-mail, chat and phone (inbound)
2. • Resolving tax-technical issues of clients and internal users of EY
3. • Handling process related updates and doing research work/projects
4. • Handling team responsibilities as shift supervisor
5. • Maintaining quality of the process by reviewing work on individual and team basis and providing feedback
1. • Providing technical support (voice - inbound) for Nokia handsets
2. • Providing legal updates on the cases lodged with company, workshop or any legal entity
• Providing technical support (voice - inbound) for AOL broadband / routers

It is equivalent to Master's Degree and is considered as MBA. However it was completed on a semi class online basis where weekly one class was held and rest was studied through online

It is 10+2 which is High School Boards Examination and includes all arts based subject like Philosophy, History, English, Social Science, etc
