• As an Assistant Operations Manager in Dubai in FARNEK SERVICES LLC from 15th July 2015. The work comprising of Total Facility Maintenance services for LIBERTY HOUSE which has 40 storey building having commercial and residential clients.
• Hands of experience in CAFM system, a software and systems that enable facility managers to increase the utilisation of space and facilities, reduce office/building moves and reallocations, plan preventative maintenance, efficiently execute reactive maintenance, standardise services, and streamline processes.
• As a Facilities Engineer in Dubai, Doing FM services for AL WASL properties dealing with multiple residences like Town houses, Apartments, Retails shops all around Dubai with an overall figure of 500+ residences.
• Handling a team of 25 including MEP, Housekeeping & Security for day to day maintenance operations for residential units owned up by WASL (A local government body)
• Conducting daily safety briefings for site supervisors for maintaining safety work culture in and around the site.

Mar’11-Jun’13: Salzburg Utilities LLC (Joint Venture of Emaar & Salzburg Utilities Group, Austria), Dubai as Maintenance Engineer
Role:
• As a maintenance engineer handling a team of 10 consisting of various sub-contractors for Burj Khalifa lake chemical dosing & maintenance of lake fountains
Project Handled:
Project: Burj Khaleefa Downtown Lake Project
Description: The lake is situated around “Burj Khaleefa” (The world’s tallest tower) having a total of 13, 000m3 of lake volume. The project comprises of different sub-contractors for lake chemical dosing, maintenance of lake fountains and rest of the team. Directly reporting to Emaar for submitting daily reports and other related issues regarding the project.
Role:
• Carried out the operations & maintenance of:
o Fire related equipment such as Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose Reels, Fire related pumps such as Jockey, Diesel, Electrical and Fire Alarm Control Panels
o High speed elevators designed for 30 storey apartments
• Ensured scheduling and updation of the PPM of assets (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and maintained documents for the same
• Accountable for:
o Preparing DLP snag list for new projects and following-up with contractor to complete the jobs
o Maintaining track records for all health & safety issues in the site and implementing the company’s safety policy
• Created daily / monthly reports regarding site operations and updated the same to the clients
• Responsible for preparing PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedules for electrical equipment including Distribution Boards (DBs), Main Distribution Boards (MDBs), Sub Main Distribution Boards (SMDBs) for HVAC Equipment including Energy Transferring System (ETS), Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Plumbing Equipment including Hot Water Transfer Pumps, Dosage Pumps, Booster Pumps Domestic Water Tanks, etc.
• Took active part in attending weekly meetings with the clients and discussed on various tenant related issues & status of the site operations
• Served as the member of company’s SAG (Safety Action Group) Committee for prevention of accidents in the site
• Handled the preparation of incident reports for all defective equipment at site.

o Gensets ranging from 250 KVA- 500 KVA

o HVAC Equipment like Air Handling Units (AHU), Split A/C Units Cassette Type Units, etc.
• Presently doing Graduate ship in Engineering - AMIE (Associate Member of Institute of Engineers)
