Recruitment:
• Collaborate with managers to develop job descriptions and identify staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, making effective selection decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Employee Relations:
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labour laws.
• Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances confidentially.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes.
Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Assist managers in setting objectives and providing feedback.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend appropriate actions. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills. • Conduct training sessions and assess effectiveness.
• Support career development and succession planning.
HR Policy Implementation:
• Develop and update HR policies in compliance with labour laws.
• Communicate policies and ensure adherence.
• Monitor compliance and provide guidance.
