Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of structure (Cut & Cover underground station) and architectural works ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Involved in the Construction Activities like Excavation, Water Proofing, Tunnel (Cut & Cover), Backfilling, Depot (Related Structures like OCC, Underground water tank.
Reinstatement of settled Road using Pressure Grouting. Emergency Exit Building. Preventing the Building Settlement by Soil Treatment, Method include Fluid grouting, injection, Standard Penetration Test (SPT), pressure grouting.
Complete activity control like Coordination, Client meetings, Sub Contractor interaction and Supervision. Coordinating infection control for all sub-contractor activities.
Direction of the day-to-day execution of the project to workforce based on their competencies and specialties as per approved drawings and Method statements.
Follow through with competent execution of project plans by providing proper plans by providing proper tools and equipment to all Construction personnel.
To point out discrepancies if any between the statutory approved drawings and shop drawings well in time before taking up the actual construction work.
Frequent site visits to monitor the site activities in respect of Quality, Safety and Progress.
Responsible for the mock-up approvals from client and execution of finishing works like dry wall partition.
Closely monitor submission of method statements and material approvals prior to start the work.
Design Built of Sidra Medical College and Research Centre, the centre will provide world class clinical care, medical education and biomedical research facilities.
Managed Sidra Medical College and Research Centre ( 7 star category) project Hospital Building Sixth floor of total area 25000 Sq.m, while supervising a team of 850 workers and handled installation of all civil finishes and mock-up approvals, MEP and Medical Equipment activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the mock-up approvals from client and execution of finishing works like dry wall partition, wall coverings, stainless steel wall finishes, flooring finishes (vinyl, mermolium, marble, granite installation techno flooring, rised flooring), wall painting wall tiling, following of abulution fittings installation, counter top finishes (wood and artificial marble), Framco(USA) doors and windows installation, external wall cladding works.
Handled ceiling works like gypsum finishes, tile ceiling, perforated panels and wooden ceiling works.
Responsible for overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of project ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

GE Advanced technology and Research Centre (Aviation college - Qatar Petroleum Project)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Executing systems like Raised floors, Dry wall partition, Steel structure, External wall glazing and Vail slab.
• All internal finishing works all type of wall finishes, different type of ceiling works and door and windows installation with extra ordinary features.
• Successfully got more than 70 mock-up approvals from the client as a finishing team head.
• To manage and engineer project from front end, detail design, construction, commissioning, hand-over and close-out, within schedule and cost to an acceptable quality.
• Playing a vital role as a member of recruiting committee and travelled twice to India for recruitment of labours, foremen and Engineers. Successfully recruited around 610 employees till date.
• Played a critical role in getting the completion certificate from the Govt. And also dealt with the water and electricity board. (Catholic community centre)
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations
• Managing, supervising and visiting sub contractors on site and advising on site issues
• Ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget;
• Overseeing the work of junior staff and mentoring them throughout the process (Especially teaching Cup lock scaffolding, Kwick stage Decking and Proping, doka system, aluminium table system and
H frame );
• Correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality and safety requirements prior to final evaluation and project reviews

Added to the above mentioned task performed like a liaison Engineer, Dealt with DEWA, EMMAR, municipality inspections and approvals. This includes building completion certificate, structural inspection, submitting and withdrawing drawings from municipality and also clarifies if any issues to the municipality

Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete Civil works as per specification and drawings. Planning for requirement of resources, Quantity takes of for materials procurement and subcontractor bill checking, co ordination with subcontractor with co ordination of all the departments. Control the sub contractor to execute the job with stipulated time. Attending meeting with client & Consultant for variation work and final Handing over.
