• Understand YARDI Configuration (Property Master, Unit Master, GL, Bank, Charge Code, Vat Codes, Budget Functions for Internal Support.
• Integration of YARDI AR Module with SAP AR Module. AR Posting (Charges, Payments, Advances, Deposits, Intercompany transactions) to flow from YARDI to SAP.
• Integration and Posting of Cost to YARDI.
• Integration of Reconciled Receipts to YARDI.
• Support Residential, Commercial, Specialty and Unit Sales Business.

Project: IFRS-16 Project, Enhancement Initiatives - Cash Journal, Auto ICM Acceptance, Auto Vendor Blocking etc.

• IFRS 16 Project: Involved in project to enable IFRS16 accounting standard based on the solution recommended by SAP.
• Involved in all phases of IFRS 16 project like Solution Enabling, SIT, UAT, Cutover Activities and also now coordinating with business in validating and activation of IFRS16 contracts.
• IFRS 16 solution is linked to Re-Fx modules which includes objects like - Business Entity, Building, Rental Object, Contracts, Balance-Sheet Valuation of Contracts, Assets, Cash Flows.
• IFRS 16 - Valuation of Contracts - ROU Asset, Lease Liability, Depreciation and Payments.
• Training given to wide range of audience from GCC, Egypt, SEA region.
• Cash Journal: This functionality was enhanced for Retail, Corporate, engineering and for Auto segment entities as per business needs.
• Addition of printing and approver functionality in Cash Journal.
• Training given to 100+ users with respect to CJ functionality.
