Responsible for overall supply chain for the company in India. All areas of Supply Chain right from Procurement, Logistics, S&OP, Production planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse, Contract management, Customs and central excise.

•Set up of overall Supply Chain systems, procedures right from scratch
•Implementation of ERP at India (NAV) and Globally by working from Europe (SAP).

Responsible for Procurement, Logistics, warehouse, Capex projects of both Formulation and API businesses. Instrumental role in implementation of systems & procedures with a team of experienced profesionals.

Carried out various roles right from Warehouse, Central excise, Production planning, Production Scheduling, Launch Management etc., at this firm.

•Compliance of NFCM requirements (SOX guidelines) as a part of PIN cycle of In -Control
HHT (Hand holding team member) in the implementation of SMT concept at DRL - Yanam Unit.
•Actively implemented E-Score (a performance measurement tool) which forms the back bone of the SMT concept.
•In the process of performance measurement lead a team of 40 members towards excellence in their areas of work.
•Warehouse operational Exposure in various dosage forms (Parenterals, Tablet, Capsules, including Anti-cancers & Inhalers formulations).
