Partnering with companies as a Fractional Controller to strengthen financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, and FP&A processes. Support includes month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, and compliance for growing businesses.

Head of Finance reporting to CEO.
➢ Oversee a comprehensive range of finance activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), financial reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Cashflow and compliance across the USA, UK, and India.
➢ Established the finance function from the ground up, implementing processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
➢ Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by coordinating with various CXOs to develop and prepare departmental budgets.
➢ As an Entity Controller, ensure targeted Gross Margin (GM) at both project/resource levels and overall company EBITDA.
➢ Collaborate with vendors, customers, and legal consultants to ensure robust contract management and compliance.
➢ Partner with HR and CXOs to design and implement Variable Pay plans that align with company goals.
➢ Work with various external consultants, auditors to comply with various statutory filings w.r.t VAT, GST tax returns, MCA, Companies House etc.,
➢ Evaluate M&A opportunities and perform initial review of business / finances of the target.

Responsible for the entire finance function of the corporate
entity. Developed a robust month end close and reporting process. Transitioned the process from a 3rd party in CA, USA to shared service center at Bangalore.
➢ Provide detailed analysis and commentary on monthly P&L, Budget vs Actuals with commentary and rolling forecast.
➢ Oversee the processing of Accounts Payable, receivables, payroll, monitor and review supplier/employee expenses and payments.
➢ Review and analyze revenue, expenses, expense allocation and accruals.

Led finance for India BPO operations, reporting to the Corporate Controller. Drove annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and project-level margin analysis to ensure profitability targets were met.
