# Mobilizing and Tracking of resources to manage budget and meet deadlines. # Performing quality checks as per green building standards for improvements pre-sented for discussion and review with the management.

# Overseeing and maintaining MEP and HVAC team in all assigned day to day op-erations.

# Review annual Routine MEP and building maintenance Capex Budgets to ensure that they are complete, accurate and presented on time and in line with Finance submission requirements.
# Review and oversee major asset management and technical contracts to ensure Total Quality Management, appropriate scope, best practice and value for money.
# Carry Out Regular Audits in line with the requirements of the Policy and issue improvement and non-compliance notices as appropriate.
# Implement with the Associate Director Operations and Safety standard monthly reports from 3rd party contractors i.e. hours, expenses, consumption of consuma-bles supply, faulty equipment, and performances.
# Prepare and distribute special reports on new ideas and practices when appropri-ate.
# Investigate and define problem areas, conduct regular site tours and prepare re-ports recommending measures for improving our service to the customer.
