Handle all warranty issues of cat machines and engines in Saudi Arabia Eastern region. Submitting the warranty claims, obtain the policy approvals contact with cat representatives for failure issues, preparing the report of warranty expenses.
Maintaining the database regarding the warranty issues for analysis.
In depth knowledge about the Caterpillar warranty bulletin.
Floor support for the team of 10 members.
Making decisions on the warranty for the components.
Standardizing the processes across the globe for Caterpillar by collating all the different procedures adopted in various regions across the globe.
Maintaining the quality by conducting audits on the analysts and discussing the same with the team
Managing clients’ service level agreements.
Attending the calls regularly with the client for improvisation of the process
Attending the meetings and coordinate with product group and local reps globally
Main point of contact with customers with technical support (24/7) for HP products.
Resolving customer issues related to HP products on the fly.
