Duties & Responsibilities:
• Leads the team of engineers & Technicians.
• Maintenance: 24/7 Immediate response to operation team’s maintenance work request (MWR).
• Planning & Scheduling: Plans for Preventive Maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Shut down activities and overseas their execution.
• Calibration: Plans for calibration /validation of equipment/systems and overseas its execution and ensures valid certification.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of PLC /SCADA programming, maintenance, trouble shooting and implementation of process logics/control philosophy.
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of in all types of field instruments, process analyzers, control systems, UPS, and plant safety systems.
• Involved in maintenance & trouble shooting of LT panels, MCCs, MOVs & VFD.
• Involved in preparation of Control schematics & control narratives and their implementation in Plant automation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Designing/Basic Engineering: Supported design team for the preparation and finalizing the engineering
deliverables: P&ID Mark up, Hook up drawing, Instrument index, loop wiring drawing, cable scheduling, floor
planning, GA drawings, civil assignment drawings, PFDs.
• Reviewed the Engineering drawings, documents and vendor documents.
• Co-ordinated with design team and client for resolving any site related issues concerning design.
• Ensured the final release/availability as built drawings, and other engineering deliverables on time at site.
• Site Supervision: Supervising, recording, and reporting of all types of E&I construction and commissioning
activities at site.
• Reviewed and evaluated drawings at site & coordinated for any amendment with other engineering
disciplines and plant sections.
