Developing of:
o Different design stages like Preliminary Design, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Tender, and IFC for HVAC
o Design markups and calculations for HVAC (Air Conditioning, Ventilation and chilled water)
o Floor plans, schematics, riser diagrams and equipment schedule.
o Reports and specifications
Ensuring project deliverables for different stages like Preliminary Design, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design, Tender and IFC.
Making of Budget and Resource planning in an efficient manner for the project.
Making of WBS (work braking system) and Deployment for HVAC
Spearheading activities like:
o HVAC-Heat load calculation by using HAP, ventilation calculation, pump head calculation, static pressure calculation etc.
Reviewing the designs calculations, drawing markups, design reports & specifications produced by designers and give feedback in respective manner.
Assisting CAD team for making of drawings for Concept Design, Schematic De-sign, Design Development, Tender and IFC
Conduct frequently meeting with team members to ensure project delivery dates and re-solve technical issues.
Interact with Clients and Authorities to resolve and propose solutions for technical issues.
Decision making on type of system to suit different applications (Central air conditioning, VRF, and DX system).
Co-ordinate with the other disciplines like Architectural, structural, electrical to resolve issues.
Planning the sequence of tasks, Co-ordination with the other trades
Coordinating for techno-commercial project activities and drawing specifications with the clients to ensure drawings and documents are per the specifications of clients.
Providing technical inputs & engineering support to the team from conception to completion of project & extracting programmes for drawing detailing
Making of specification and reports for the required project.
Validating designs and reviewing detailed documents in terms of product quality.
